What is CPR Certification? Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a lifesaving technique useful in many emergencies, including heart attack or near drowning, in which someone's breathing or heartbeat has stopped.

CPR Certificaiton is the process of learning and taking quizzes online, so that an individual is certificaed to perfom CPR and possible First Aid. Many companies nowdays require employees to be CPR certified.

  • 1.

    Breathing

    Identfiy if individual is bretahing okay. If not, start process

  • 2.

    Compressions

    Perform compressions every second in groups of 30 seconds.

  • 3.

    Blow air

    Tilt the head back and blow into mouth. Repeat steps 1-4.
